Canyon Immo AG is a 50% subsidiary of Allegra Wellbeing AG that has committed to undertake several projects (not hotels), e.g.

• Developing the Tenne – entertainment for people of all ages
• Planning a central laundry for all establishments
• Planning staff accommodation
• Four apartments in the Hälterli district for hotel management (properties already owned)
