Project Bel-Air
This project plans to unite various stores and shopping facilities under one roof, with the main focus on a café with bakery.
There will also be a grocery store, a non-food store, a marketplace for local farmers and natural products, and a postal agency.
The building will be adapted to its’ surroundings and its’ technical equipment will generate as much of its’ energy consumption as possible.
Why is the Bel-Air project interesting?
The resort intends to source baked goods and patisserie from the planned bakery. This has the advantage of saving labor costs for an in-house patisserie.
Fresh produce, dairy products and local products are to be sourced from the village store. As a result, there is no need for in-house stock and long delivery routes can be dispensed with. In addition, the stores can benefit from a secured basic turnover.
Traffic and parking situation
The planned projects will bring with them an increased volume of traffic. In cooperation with the municipality, an underground parking garage with approx. 350 parking spaces is therefore planned. This is to be divided into 4 areas:
70 parking spaces only for hotel guests of ‘The View four Season’
80 to 100 public, paid parking spaces for ‘Bel Air’
80 partly public parking spaces for ‘Jungfrau Resort’
100 parking spaces for ‘The Alpine Health & Spa Oasis’
