History of: ‘The view four season’ project

Unfortunately, this important project failed shortly before it was to be realized, as the old property of the Parkhotel Beatenberg was sold behind the backs of the initiators and without warning.
Something great could have emerged from a promising vision. This breach of trust was a missed opportunity to awaken Beatenberg from its slumber and develop it into a health tourism hotspot.
«Culpa in contrahendo» (betrayal of trust worthy of protection) was criminally abused !!!

Further development of the project. Implementation significantly delayed by the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
2019
While implementing our plans, our investor Nikolaus Mai unexpectedly passed away on 4 November 2019 at the age of just 56. We remember him with immense gratitude.
2018
- Various workshops between HMS and local/cantonal authorities
- Landing page (website) created
- Interior design contract awarded for the internal appearance and style
- Negotiation with Annette Klaucke to become an Aslan therapy centre
- Proposal with Hilton Frankfurt (continuation started in spring 2021)
- Negotiation with Accor Munich for the ‘Swissôtel the View’ brand
- Negotiations with Dr Johannes Albrecht on becoming a Medical Spa
2017
- Feasibility study commissioned by ‘von Freyberg & Zarges’, Munich
- Selection of the architecture with a preliminary contract awarded to HMS Architekten in Spiez/Bern
- Contract entered into with HMS Architekten
- VFZ in Munich commissioned to update the feasibility study
